Siberian Huskies from the Hill Country of Austin, TX? While this undoubtedly means we are not "Mushers" we love our Huskies and assure one and all Huskies are the perfect dog regardless of your climate. Huskies are loyal, friendly dogs that are highly trainable and let's face it, absolutely beautiful! Huskies make GREAT family pets and all of Hill Country Tundra's Huskies are whelped, raised and trained by both children and adults. This is done in an environment resembling a veritable zoo... cats, and birds all are part of the mix and these amazing dogs accept all of them, including us humans, into the pack.
Our siberian huskies are all registered with either the CKC or AKC. Ice and Blizzard are registered with the CKC. Ice and Blizzard are to be mated for life and we will likely not have more CKC registered Siberian Huskies. Stormy, Avie, and Blaze are all registered with the AKC. When Blaze comes of age he will be sire for all litters for Stormy, Avie, and Glacier. Hill Country Tundra Inc. will stay a small siberian husky kennel and not likely acquire any more Siberian Huskies as we are breeding for quality and not quantity, so if you are looking for a kennel that has a large number of Siberian Huskies we are not the kennel for you. We would be happy to recommend other kennels we have worked with in the past and assist you in making the correct choice for your little Siberian Husky purchase, if we have litters at the time or not! Our goal; ensure that you get the right Siberian Husky for you and your family as well as the right family and environment for our little ones! If your puppy is being shipped via air, we include the cost of the shipping and crate which will be at an additional cost to you; however the other items in the puppy pack are free of charge.
Hill Country Tundra has an optional Microchip Identification service by 24PetWatch for an additional $35. This is a valuable service as it allows for the identification of your Husky even if the collar and tags have been lost or removed by scanning for the microchip! Most Veterinary Clinics and Shelters have the ability to scan for these microchips assuring you that should you Husky be taken or lost you have a good chance of finding your little one!
